The room was spacious and clean with all the amenities. The location is also good since everything is accessible nearby. The breakfast was also okay.

The behaviour of staff was a little more than intimidating. Asking to re-park the car for no reasons and asking personal questions instead of just politely sharing their policies.

Everything was well setup.

At some point, there were ants attacking my suitcase. They were not there when I entered the room, so maybe it was an unfortunate incident, as the room was very clean overall.

Hotel has no concerns. Problem is Treebo with false promise of zero payment bookings

Treebo customer service harassed to make pre payment despite booking clearly stating no prepayment. The customer has been fooled to reserve booking with false information.No response on this from Treebo

Good breakfast, not having many options but what was available was good.

The lift was not working and the road to the hotel is too narrow.

Breakfast was OK. Very limited items. Boiled eggs/omlette should be provided daily.

There is no provision for lunch/Dinner. There aren't good restaurants nearby. Though the hotel allows supply through swiggy or Zomato, still a provision for simple dinner would be an added advantage.

Spotlessly clean and large suites with a semi-open Cafe on the top floor. Much appreciate the Cleanliness :)

Comfortable stay with family. Clean room and approachable staff. Overall great experience.

Nothing except front desk staff.

Breakfast was worst so far in my life, except tea all the item which were served was cold and tasteless.No cook was in the kitchen and after repeated requests to get the sambher or any Currys to make them hot was refused by serving lady as they have no facilities to warm the food.Ultimately we had to skip the breakfast for next 2 days and took it outside of the hotel in another restaurant, so this was the complete waste of money for breakfast.

The location of the property is really bad, it's next to a cemetery and in a narrow street. Looks like I stayed in a lodgeThe staff was not educated enough to handle the customers. They were just like care taker of the property.

There is no resturent.Even near by nothing available.Location too is very bad

My daughter has scribbled in the bedsheets and was charged for that..Paid 1400 for that. Apart from that all were good. The location is a bit interior..But it was good.
